The service

CortixPOS is point-of-sale software for retail shops and pharmacies, provided by Tech Cortix. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including rules on prescription medicines, tax and record keeping.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free and has the product, sales and user limits stated on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in PKR, in advance, for the period you choose.
• Upgrades are applied after we verify the payment reference you submit.
• There is no automatic renewal charge — you choose when to renew.

First 100 shops promotion

The first 100 shops to claim it receive the Pro plan free for 12 months. Seats are allocated in order and the cap is enforced by our database, not by a coupon code. When the 12 months end the shop reverts to the Free plan — nothing is charged automatically and no data is deleted. We may change or withdraw the promotion for shops that have not yet claimed a seat.

Your data

Your shop’s records are yours. You can export them and you can request deletion. We store and process them as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and offline operation

The app is built to keep working without a connection, and sales continue to be recorded on the device during an outage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the sync and reporting services, and we are not liable for business losses arising from an outage.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another shop’s data, circumvent plan limits or the promotion cap, resell the service as your own, or use the app for unlawful trade. We may suspend an account that does.
